As a team we’re from very different work backgrounds. Coming together, we think this range of experience is a great asset as we invariably approach challenges with very different thinking. We feel this is more likely to result in well thought through advice, optimal outcomes and consideration to the whole property ownership cycle.

Being geographically concentrated focusing on Leicestershire, we like to think we understand this market. We have the local contacts and the experience to assess current projects in terms of costs, timeframes, rents and investment returns.

We take a long term view and our first thoughts are equally likely to lean towards risks and mitigation as they are with maximising returns.  We love a development project but we love long term relationships too, so if you want to lean on us for our experience and if we can’t help ourselves, we probably know someone who can.
